MASTER SCHOLARSHIPS AT UNIVERSITY COLLEGE CORK, IRELAND
University College Cork is pleased to offer three full scholarships to eligible students on the MSc Food Security Policy and Management. These scholarships are offered on a competitive basis to applicants from developing countries who meet the eligibility criteria laid out below and who also satisfy the entry requirements for the programme.
The Scholarships include payment of tuition fee, a stipend of €1,000 per month for 12 months, and a small allowance to cover other essential costs including return airfare to Ireland.

To apply for the programme you need to make an application online through the Postgraduate Applications Centre at http://www.pac.ie providing all relevant documentation: see courses (Non-EU Taught Masters courses) at University College Cork and use the course code CKL04.
To be eligible for consideration for a scholarship, applicants should:
1) Be a citizen of and normally resident in a developing country
2) Satisfy all the entry requirements for the MSc Food Security Policy and Management
3) (i) have attained a Second Class Honours Grade 1 or above (or equivalent) in their primary degree, or (ii) hold a relevant primary degree and have significant relevant professional experience.
Applicants for the scholarships should apply by email to Ms Niamh Kiely (n.kiely@ucc.ie), using the subject heading “MSc Food Security Scholarships” providing (i) evidence that they have applied online to the MSc Food Security Policy and Management, (ii) a motivational statement (max. 300 words) outlining their suitability to be considered for a scholarship, and (iii) contact details of two referees.
Closing date for scholarship applications: Friday 31st May 2019. Successful applicants will be informed in early June.
